Matty Lees visits Qualitech Reminisce Cafe
Saints Captain Matty Lees was our special guest at the Qualitech Reminisce Cafe for March at the BrewDog Stadium!
Lees talked about becoming the new Saints Captain ahead of the 2026 season, his goals for the club this year and more. He is still a record holder, scoring the fastest ever try in a Grand Final with his effort against Leeds Rhinos.
He also talked being involved for England in the Ashes at the end of the 2025 campaign, as he featured in all three tests for his country.
The Saints Captain also talked injuries, with some threatening to be very serious ones. He also discussed being a part of the Saints’ Four in a Row team, and what it was like heading to Australia and winning the World Club Challenge against Penrith.
