Building Foundations Second Block!

We can now confirm the start back dates for our next block of Building Foundations…

Following on from the 1st successful block of our Building Foundations programme, we can now confirm the start back dates for our second block!

Building Foundations is a programme that sets out to support both men and women who are looking at getting back into a healthy, fit lifestyle or first beginning their journey into an active, healthy routine.

It helps manage and maintain areas such as fitness, weight management, nutrition, mental health, and overall well-being within the community, with sessions now to be held every Monday for Women and Wednesday for Men down at The Totally Wicked Stadium!

Building Foundations looks to help you:

  • Understand barriers that you are facing when managing your mental health.
  • Learn different ways of tackling these barriers that look to improve understanding of coping strategies.
  • Improve your health and wellbeing.
  • Build a happier, more resilient lifestyle.

We are also delighted to confirm that Saints Number 12 Joe Batchelor will be joining us during the course of the programme at our Men’s sessions on a Wednesday alongside lead on the sessions, former Saint Phil Veivers!

Details regarding our Men’s session can be found in our poster below, to register click here or scan the QR code below!
