Well done to Katie Mottershead
The Saints Community Development Foundation would like to congratulate Katie Mottershead, after she made her England debut at the weekend!
Mottershead came off the bench during England’s 0-42 victory over France in Toulouse on Saturday.

Having been called up to the England Senior National Performance Squad at the start of 2024, Mottershead has enjoyed a big season so far in a Saints shirt, which resulted in her first callup to the national side.

Saints’ number 19 has been a product of the Red V academy, progressing through the ranks before becoming a regular for Matty Smith’s side during the 2023 and 2024 campaigns.
Mottershead could feature for Saints Women this Saturday, as they travel to AMT Headingley Stadium to face Leeds Rhinos in a Challenge Cup Final rematch.
