Healthy Hearts
Healthy Hearts is one of the newer Saints Community Development Foundation programmes, having got underway during 2025!
Healthy Hearts is designed to educate children on the heart, nutrition and exercise. The sessions are led by Life Skills Coach Phoebe Hook.
We cover the schools within our local community and the aim of it is to increase the education around how nutrition and exercise can effect our heart in the aim to reduce obesity rates in primary schools.
