Health and Wellbeing

Fitness and wellbeing is a key aspect of leading any healthy lifestyle, and the SCDF aim to support those within the community who want to get involved in having an active lifestyle. Take a look below at some of the programmes we offer as a foundation!

Building Foundations is a programme that sets out to support both men and women who are looking at getting back into a healthy, fit lifestyle or first beginning their journey into an active, healthy routine.

It helps manage and maintain areas such as fitness, weight management, nutrition, mental health, and overall well-being within the community, with sessions every Monday at The Totally Wicked Stadium!

  • Build a happier, more resilient lifestyle.
