Good luck to Saints Women this weekend

St. Helens Women are in Betfred Women’s Super League Grand Final action this weekend!

The Saints will face off against Wigan Warriors in the derby at the Brick Community Stadium, in a repeat of the Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup Final from earlier on in the year.

It’s the battle of the top two league wise, with the Warriors finishing a point ahead of the Saints in the regular season to win the League Leaders’ Shield. It’s the Red V’s second consecutive appearance in the Grand Final, but they were beaten by York Valkyrie in 2024.

Two of our members of staff, Katie Mottershead and Phoebe Hook have been named in the 21-woman for the game and could be involved on Sunday evening against the Cherry and Whites.
