Qualitech Reminisce Cafe returns tomorrow morning

Tomorrow morning, the Qualitech Reminisce Cafe makes it’s return to the Totally Wicked Stadium!

The Qualitech Reminisce Café is a free monthly, dementia friendly event which is open to all. It has the aim of using Saints and the town as a way of triggering memories and instigating discussion.

It’s a fun, warm welcoming environment has been very popular over the past few years and we have a loving, loyal audience. The event also acts as a little respite for carers who do such a wonderful job looking after loved ones on a daily basis.

Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook joined us for the last event in July and gave us an insight into his career at the club, whilst also reflecting on his time before joining the Red V and what he is up to since retiring.

After a month off in August whilst our staff dealt with all of the half-term camps going on around the local community, we are back this month for the Qualitech Reminisce Cafe.

There will be more to come following this one, with Wednesday 22nd October, Wednesday 12th November and Wednesday 17th December the three remaining dates this year.

Our very own Phoebe Hook will be the special guest tomorrow morning for the event, fresh off making it through to the Betfred Women’s Super League Grand Final on Sunday. The Saints will face Wigan Warriors in the Grand Final a week on Sunday.

Come and here what Hook has to say following a big year for her at the club. She was also recently called up to the England squad recently for their game against Wales and will host the upcoming Women’s Building Foundations programme, which gets underway on Monday at the Totally Wicked Stadium.
