RugBees girls lead out St.Helens Women
On Saturday 21st June, our RugBees girls teamed up with the St.Helens Women’s Squad ahead of their game against Warrington Wolves!
Our RugBees programme is into it’s third year, having taken place in both 2023 and 2024.
The programme allows young girls aged 7 to 11 the chance to come along to every Monday and craft their Rugby League skills with Saints and England’s Katie Mottershead the lead coach.
🙌 Great to see so many of our RugBees girls on Saturday, as they led out the @saints1890women side ahead of their clash with Warrington!
Join them tonight in their first session at @ThattoRugby ⤵️

On Saturday, the girls were invited to the Totally Wicked Stadium for the women’s game against Warrington Wolves. The girls walked out prior to the game with the squad, before being interviewed at half-time of the game discussing more about what the programme is and how people can get involved.
We are currently in the third block of programmes at Thatto Heath Crusaders. We have already visited Blackbrook and Portico Vine, with trips to Haydock and Liverpool Lions to come to round out the sessions this year.
