Veterans take trip to Royal Armouries Museum!

Last week, the Veterans of the Foundation enjoyed another trip away!

As part of our Veterans programme, the group have the opportunity to be a part of regular trips away, having previously visited the Lake District, along with attending the Not Forgotten Garden Party celebrations!

This time, our Veterans hopped on their coach and took the trip to Yorkshire, as they visited the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds.

The Veterans enjoyed a day of viewing the museum, having the opportunity to have a look around at so many historical figures and pieces within the Museum!

Our Veterans of the Foundation loved the day-out, and are already looking forward to their next venture.

The Veterans of the Foundation continue to host their breakfast club every Thursday morning over at the Shining Lights Centre, where you can come along and meet fellow Veterans of our Community!
