SCDF re-launch Building Foundations!

The Saints Community Development Foundation are pleased to announce the relaunch of our Building Foundations!

Building Foundations is back, with the re-launch of the programme coming back better then ever!

The programme looks at building the foundations of both Mental and Physical health, through various different ways. The programme looks at ways you can manage your mental health through understanding the barriers that come with mental health, how you can tackle these barriers, along with looking at ways you can improve coping strategies.

One of the ways to tackle the barriers of Mental Health that the programme looks at is through the use of physical activity, and how being active helps to build and create a more positive lifestyle. The physical activity segment will also help to build your fitness and help create an active lifestyle, one of the best ways to tackle the barriers surrounding mental health.

The programme will last for 7 weeks, providing weekly 90 minute sessions. The Building Foundations programme offers tailored sessions for both Men and Women, and will work alongside you to ensure the sessions target what you need most!
